These terms and conditions are the Competition Rules (“Rules“) and apply to the Coreco – (“Win £500 Lifestyle Vouchers” – 2025) competition (“Competition“). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. The Competition is promoted by Coreco Partners LLP (“Coreco”), a company within the OneDome group, in partnership with Global Media Group Services Limited (“Global”).

Coreco Partners LLP is part of the OneDome Group Limited and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Registered in England Number OC371927.

Coreco reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Coreco’s reasonable control. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions. A copy of the Rules may also be obtained by contacting Coreco at Hello@coreco.co.uk.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results, and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Qualifying Entrants

To qualify to enter the Competition (and thereby become an “Entrant”), you must meet the following criteria (“Qualifying Criteria”):

(a) Submit a valid enquiry through Coreco or OneDome related to a mortgage, remortgage, or property transaction, and agree to be contacted by Coreco, OneDome, or their group of companies for related services.

The contact details provided as part of your Competition entry (“Entry”) may be used to contact you in relation to the prize, so please ensure they are accurate.

Employees of Coreco, OneDome, Global, or companies forming part of the OneDome group of companies, along with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the Competition.

Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Coreco reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe they have breached any of these Rules.

The Competition will commence at midnight on 06/05/2025 and will close at midnight on 30/06/2025. Entries received outside these dates will not be considered.

Competition Entries

Each Entrant is allowed only one Entry. No additional Entries will be granted for any other actions or referrals.

Competition entries must be submitted online. Automated or bulk entries will result in disqualification.

There is no purchase requirement or fee to enter the Competition.

Prize and Prize Winner

The prize winner will be the Entrant who:

(a) Submits a valid Entry under the Rules;

(b) In the sole but reasonable view of Coreco, is not in breach of the Rules;

(c) Is selected at random as the winner.

The prize consists of £500 (GBP) worth of Lifestyle vouchers. Lifestyle vouchers are accepted by a wide range of UK retailers and services. Vouchers will be issued electronically or by post, depending on availability.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

​

The winner will be selected using an independent randomization tool (e.g., Random.org). The selection process will be overseen by an independent judge whose decision is final.

Winners will be notified within 7 working days after the close of the Competition. If a winner does not claim the prize within 14 working days, an alternate winner may be selected.

The prize will be delivered within 10 working days after eligibility verification.

The winner's details may be published for promotional purposes unless they decline or request limited disclosure.

Extension of Competition

Coreco reserves the right to extend the Competition end date at its sole discretion if deemed necessary. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, insufficient entries to ensure a fair competition. Any extension will be communicated by updating these terms and conditions on the Coreco or OneDome website.

Liability

Neither Coreco, OneDome, Global, nor companies in the OneDome group accept liability for damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by Entrants. Technical failures affecting entry are outside the promoter's responsibility. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Data Protection and Publicity

Entrants' personal data will be handled per Coreco's Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties outside the OneDome group without consent.

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Jurisdiction

These Rules and the Competition are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
